Our Timetable

Classes run for 50 minutes and are available throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
No complicated planning required, just choose a time that suits you and book in. If you’re new, we’ll explain everything when you arrive.

As a physio-owned Pilates studio, your safety, technique, and long-term progress are always the priority. We’re here to guide, encourage, and help you get the most out of your session, whatever level you’re at, with no shouting, no pressure, and no confusing instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Spaces are limited and classes often fill quickly, especially during peak times.

If a class is fully booked, you’ll have the option to join the waiting list. We’ll notify you by email or text if a space becomes available.

Absolutely. You can reschedule your class through our online booking system up to 24 hours before the start time. This ensures someone else can take your place if you can’t make it.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, and this must be done via our online booking system. Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before your session can be managed within your account; however, sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that we are unable to cancel, reschedule, or amend bookings by phone or email.
